WILLIAM L. KIRIAZIS graduated
from the University of Michigan in 1977 and Wayne State University Law
School in 1981. In addition to handling a full trial docket, Bill is the managing shareholder of the firm.
Bill represents design professionals including
architects, engineers, and land surveyors in all aspects of their work
from contract preparation to litigation. He also represents owners,
general contractors, construction managers, and subcontractors in
construction related litigation.
Bill's areas of expertise also include aviation
litigation. He has handled a number of major air crash cases including
Northwest Flight 255 and Comair Flight 3272. He has experience in
handling mass tort claims, complex lawsuits and federal court
multi-district litigation.
Bill has handled a wide range of cases for a
diverse group of clients from individuals to large multi-national
corporations. He has tried many civil cases in the Michigan courts and
the United States District Court. In addition to trying lawsuits, Bill
is an active participant in Alternative Dispute Resolution and serves
as a mediator, facilitator and arbitrator.
Mr. Kiriazis has received the "AV" rating, the
highest rating recognized by the Martindale Hubbell Peer Review rating system. He has been designated a Super Lawyer
in the state of Michigan in the area of Construction Litigation every
year since the inception of that program, a process that involves
surveys to identify top attorneys.
