BRYAN R. PADGETT is an Associate with Vandeveer
Garzia. Bryan
focuses his practice on defense litigation in first and third party auto
negligence, personal injury, premises liability and general negligence claims for a variety of national
clients and major insurance carriers.
Bryan graduated from the James
Madison College at Michigan State University in 2005, where he received a
Bachelor of Arts in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy. He received his Juris Doctorate from the
University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2009 and became a member of the Michigan Bar.
During law school, he was the recipient of the Ferd J. & Lottie
Chmielnicki Dean’s Scholarship for academic achievement. He also served as a Director for the Moot
Court Board of Advocates and competed in state and national appellate
competitions.
Bryan is currently a member of the
State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association, and the Oakland County Bar
Association. He is also certified
by the Michigan State Court Administrative Office as a Civil Facilitative
Mediator.
In
addition to practicing in the state courts, Bryan is also admitted to practice
in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
